Laura Picklesimer's fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in the Kenyon Review, the Arkansas International, the Santa Ana River Review and Gold Man Review, among other publications. She was the grand prize winner of Enizagam Journal’s 2018 Fiction Contest (judged by author Rachel Khong) and was a finalist for the Speculative Literature Foundation Diverse Worlds Grant. Kill for Love is Laura’s debut novel. The book was the winner of the Launch Pad Prose Competition 2021 Top Book Prize and the Book Pipeline 2020 Grand Prize for Best Thriller/ Mystery.
